Deputies encountered Kos while investigating a suspicious condition at the gas station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kos was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol an unable to safely operate his motor vehicle. He was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kos was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in LeRoy Town Court on March 17, 2022, at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stanley was issued an appearance ticket and was released. She is to appear in City of Batavia Court on March 24, 2022, at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
