Petit Larceny<\/strong>, 12:01 PM, Friday, March 11, 2022, Summit St. \u2013 On 3\/11\/2022, Brian M. RAPHAEL<\/em>, M\/33 of Batavia, NY, was arrested after an investigation into a larceny of an Amazon package taken from a resident\u2019s front porch. It is alleged that RAPHAEL was found with the package by City Police after the resident was notified by Amazon that the package had been delivered. RAPHAEL was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on a later date. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warrant Arrest,<\/strong> 2:42 PM, Tuesday, August 31, 2021, W. Main St. Rd. \u2013 On March 11, 2022, Brooke M. DAVIS<\/em>, F\/29, of Medina, NY, was arrested on the above charge. DAVIS failed to appear in Town of Batavia Court on December 28, 2021. DAVIS was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released on her own recognizance. She is due back in Batavia Town Court on March 22, 2022, at 2:30PM in front of Judge Young.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
