Michael A. Jones, 24, of Charlotte, North Carolina, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of an assault weapon 3rd degree, criminal possession of a weapon 3rd\/ammunition feeding device, unsafe turn\/failure to signal, improper number plates violation\/illegal form and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway, after an investigation into traffic offenses on School road in LeRoy on March 19, 2022 at 4:36p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the investigation, Deputy Quackenbush and Deputy Chamoun located an illegal AR15 rifle in Jones’ vehicle. Jones was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court by Judge Sehm and will re-appear in court on April 21, 2022, at 1:00p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Krystle D. Sanders, 37, of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing items from Walmart at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive on March 18, 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sanders was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 7, 2022, at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
