This conduct occurred over the period of several months in 2021 and included at least one act of sexual intercourse against the victim. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spalding was arraigned in the Town of Pike Court and was committed to Wyoming County Jail in lieu of no bail.
