On February 16, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office charged Jamie Cyr<\/em>, 40, of Mount Morris, with criminal contempt 2nd<\/strong>. Cyr was arraigned in the Town of Yates Court and is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On February 24, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office charged Jakob Bishop<\/em>, 23, of Medina, with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle<\/strong>. Bishop was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On February 25, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office charged Jared VanGelder<\/em>, 33, of Holley, with DWI 1st Offense<\/strong>. VanGelder was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On February 27, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office charged Brandon Belski<\/em>, 26, of Holley, with harassment 2nd<\/strong>. Belski was arraigned by CAP court and was released on his own recognizance. Belski is scheduled to return to the Town of Barre Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On March 1, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office charged Michelle Lambert<\/em>, 32, of Holley, with aggravated DWI, operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs 1st and endangering the welfare of a child (2 Counts)<\/strong>. Lambert was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Kendall Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On March 7, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office charged Felipe Chavez Jr,<\/em> 37 of Holley, with bail jumping 2nd<\/strong>. Chavez was arraigned by CAP Court and remanded to the jail. Chavez is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On March 22, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office charged Robert Mack Jr<\/em>., 43, of Middleport, with aggravated harassment 2nd and stalking 4th<\/strong>. Mack Jr. was arraigned by CAP Court and was released on his own recognizance. Mack Jr. is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On March 20, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office charged Floyd Bradley<\/em>, 72, of Franklin, North Carolina, with DWI 1st Offense and driving with a BAC of .08% or more<\/strong>. Bradley was arraigned by CAP Court and was released on his own recognizance.
