Moynihan II, 47, of Alexander, was arrested on April 1, 2022, after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection on at least 5 different dates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moynihan is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree and was released with an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Alexander Court on April 12, 2022, at 5:00p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On April 2, 2022, Moynihan was arrested in the town of Alexander for allegedly violating an order of protection\/disobeying a mandate. He was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moynihan is to appear in Alexander Town Court on April 12, 2022, at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jordan E. Brodie, 35, of LeRoy, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more and operating an uninspected motor vehicle following an investigation at a traffic stop on Griswold road in LeRoy on April 3, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brodie was released on appearance tickets and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on April 21, 2022, at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thomas P.
