Brian G.Keller, 22, of Sumner Rd., Darien, is charged with criminal contempt 1st and harassment 2nd following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Darien on January 2, 2018 on Sumner road.<\/p>\n
Keller allegedly spit in the face of another person while a refrain from order of protection was in place, which violated a direct mandate from the City of Batavia Court.<\/p>\n
Keller was arraigned in the Town of Darien Court and jailed in lieu of $10,000 cash bail and $15,000 bond.<\/p>\n

Christopher Patino, 23, of Eagan Blvd., Henrietta, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana and following too closely after an investigation into a two car accident on Rt.77 in Pembroke on January 5, 2018.<\/p>\n
Patino was allegedly operating his vehicle while intoxicated and allegedly had a BAC at or above .18%.<\/p>\n
He was also allegedly following another vehicle too closely and struck the vehicle.<\/p>\n
Patino was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on February 13, 2018 at 4:30p.m.<\/p>\n

Allea B. Devos, 30, of Prospect St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, failure to dim headlights and refusal to take a breath test after a traffic stop on Ellicott street on December 31, 2017.<\/p>\n
Devos was arraigned in City Court on January 1, 2018 and released on recognizance.<\/p>\n

Joseph M. Smith, 41, of State St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after an investigation into a shoplifting complaint at 4180 Veterans Memorial Drive, Dicks Sporting Goods, on December 29, 2017.<\/p>\n
Smith was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 25, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n
