John A. Sprague, 43, of Oakfield, is charged with sex offender failure to register\/prior offense- a class D felony, after a complaint by the Genesee County Probation Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sprague allegedly failed to register email accounts with the NYS Sex Offender Registry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sprague was convicted of forcible touching in June of 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was arraigned in Oakfield Town Court and is being held in the Genesee County Jail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sprague will re-appear in court on May 2, 2022, at 6:00p.m. in Oakfield Town Court.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
