Kenyon, 25, of Wyoming, NY, for felony DWAI\/drugs, previous conviction within ten years, and aggravated unlicensed operator 1<sup>st<\/sup> degree. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Blackhouse Road, in the town of Warsaw and during the interview with operator, she was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment.\u00a0 Kenyon had failed standardized field sobriety tests.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kenyon was arrested and processed at SP Warsaw, where she refused to submit to a chemical test.\u00a0 She was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) from the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office and was released with appearance tickets for the town of Warsaw court, where she is due to appear at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On April 1, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Kendra L.
