A Genesee County grand jury has indicted Kenrey D. Benjamin, accusing him of two counts of burglary first degree, a class B violent felony, criminal possession of a weapon third degree, a class D felony, and attempted assault first degree, a class C violent felony, in an incident that occurred at an apartment on Lake street in the Town of LeRoy on October 17, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Benjamin is accused of causing physical injury to a subject, allegedly threatening the subject with a knife in an attempt to seriously and permanently disfigure the victim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
