Brooks, 20, of Gowanda, NY, for felony DWI, previous conviction within ten years, and aggravated unlicensed operator 1st degree.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During a traffic stop on Route 19 in the town of Warsaw, Brooks was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Brooks had allegedly been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition and failed standardized field sobriety tests.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brooks was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where she refused to submit a chemical test.\u00a0 She was released with appearance tickets for the town of Warsaw court, where she is due to appear at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On April 10, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Shanaya N.
