Richey, 58 of Oakfield, NY, is charged with two counts of criminal sexual act 1st degree\/victim under 11 years old, a class B felony, three counts of forcible touching, three counts of sexual abuse\/contact with a person under 11 years old, a class D felony, and three counts of acting in a manor injurious to a child less than 17, after an April 4, 2022 complaint ,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Richey is being held at the Genesee County Jail after his arrest on April 11, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Iverson M. Davis, 20, of Rochester, NY, is charged with grand larceny 3rd degree and 8 counts of possessing a forged instrument 2nd degree, both class D felonies, after a fraud complaint on March 30, 2022, in the Town of Batavia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Davis was arrested on April 12, 2022, and was issued an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jared C. Kostrewa, 28, of North Tonawanda, NY is charged with felony DWI and felony driving with a BAC of. 08 or more on April 8, 2022, at 3:07a.m. in the Town of Darien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was released on an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
