Preedom, 37, of Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree after an incident on West Main street road in Batavia on April 8, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preedom was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on April 11, 2022 and released on recognizance by Judge Funke. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An order of protection was issued on the victim&#8217;s behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jordan A.
