Stillman, 38, of Canisteo, NY, for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stillman was observed allegedly traveling at 78mph on Rt. 63 in the Town of Covington. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Stillman possessed a revoked driver\u2019s license that had expired in 2020. Stillman was showing multiple suspensions including an active revocation for having three or more speeding violations within 18 months.
