Bethlehem, NY \u2013 On January 10, 2018, at approximately 9:38 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87, in the Town of Bethlehem for a speeding violation. During the interview of the driver, Johnoy O. Muschette<\/strong>, age 26, of Hartford, CT, for the traffic violation, probable cause to search the vehicle and its occupants was established.<\/div>\n

Muschette was found in possession of several forged personal checks.<\/div>\n

The passenger Cassandra J. Newell<\/strong>, age 22, of Batavia, NY, was found in possession of approximately 833.3 grams of marihuana. Both Muschette and Newell were taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Albany, where they were subsequently charged with:\n<\/div>\n
