Gravante will appear in Byron Town Court on May 2, 2022 at 4:00p.m. to answer the charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rufus G. Johnson, 28, of Chili, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing multiple items from Walmart, 4133 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial drive, on April 24, 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Johnson passed all points of sale allegedly leaving the store with the items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Johnson will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on May 24, 2022, at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Peter J.
