Dimartino, 56, of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation at BJ&#8217;s at 8330 Lewiston road on April 26, 2022 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On April 21, 2022, Dimartino allegedly cut off a bar code from a 32-inch television and used it to pay for a 50-inch television. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dimartino was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on May 12, 2022, at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zachery M. Virgillo, 24, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, after violating a court ordered full stay away order of protection by allegedly being in contact with the protected party on April 25, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Virgillo was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and is scheduled to re-appear on May 24, 2022, at 2:30p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Maria L.
