Washington was issued appearance tickets with a return court date of May 3, 2022, at 1:00 PM in Batavia City Court. &nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Criminal Trespass 2nd; Petit Larceny<\/strong>, 12:35 PM, Saturday, April 23, 2022, Liberty St. \u2013 On April 25, 2022, <em>Kyle J. SCHROEDER<\/em>, M\/25 of Pavilion, NY, was arrested on the above charge. Schroeder allegedly forced entry into a residence and remained in the residence on Liberty street and allegedly stole a pack of cigarettes in the process. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia City Court on May 10, 2022 at 1:00 PM. &nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Criminal Contempt 2nd; Endangering the welfare of a child<\/strong>, 7:52 AM, Monday, April 25, 2022, N. Lyon St. \u2013 <em>Booker T. RICKS<\/em>, M\/50 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on April 25, 2022 for Criminal Contempt in the second degree and Endangering the Welfare of a child. It is alleged that Ricks was not adequately supervising his son, who is a juvenile, and allowed his son to run outside and into street. before being found by a passerby. Due to this incident, there was a violation of a refrain from order of protection which has Ricks&#8217; son as the protected party. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia City Court on May 10, 2022 at 1:00 PM. &nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th; DWAI Combined influence of drugs; Operate a Motor Vehicle while registration is suspended; Uninspected Motor Vehicle; Operate a Motor Vehicle without insurance<\/strong>, 11:59 AM, Monday, February 7, 2022, W. Main St. \u2013 On April 23, 2022<em>, Jason T. KNICKERBOCKER<\/em>, M\/30 of Bethany, NY, was arrested for an incident that took place on February 7, 2022. It is alleged that Knickerbocker was found inside of his motor vehicle under the influence of drugs in a parking lot. It is alleged that during the investigation, Knickerbocker was found to have several bags of fentanyl on his person. Cabrera Jr. is alleged to have violated an order of protection by sending a message via Facebook Messenger to the protected party. Main St. \u2013 On April 20, 2022,<em> Lyndsay T. YOUNG<\/em>, F\/39 of Batavia, NY, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2nd. Diaz was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on May 3, 2022. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Petit Larceny<\/strong>, 6:47 PM, Thursday, April 21, 2022, Ellicott St. \u2013 <em>Feyza G. OSMANCIKLI<\/em>, F\/27 of Batavia, NY, was arrested for shoplifting from a local business after it was reported that a female was witnessed concealing property under her shirt and leaving the business without paying for it. Osmancikli, who matched the description of the suspect that had reportedly left the scene on foot, was swiftly located on Liberty street by Batavia Police Officers. After a police investigation, she was subsequently arrested for petit larceny and was released on an appearance ticket. Osmancikli is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on May 10, 2022, at 1:00 PM. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Petit Larceny<\/strong>, 3:45 PM, Monday, April 25, 2022, Ellicott St. \u2013 On 4\/25\/2022,<em> Brian M. RAPHAEL,<\/em> M\/34 of Batavia, NY, and <em>Phillip P. HEALE<\/em>, M\/43 of Batavia, NY, were arrested on the above charge. It\u2019s alleged that they stole merchandise from a local grocery store. Main St. \u2013 On 4\/22\/2022, <em>Macella F. GREENE<\/em>, F\/37 of Bliss, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges. GREENE, allegedly, was operating a motor vehicle erratically entering the city. Patrols located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. RAPHAEL<\/em>, M\/34 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant. It is alleged that Raphael failed to appear in court after being issued an appearance ticket for a crime that occurred on March 11, 2022.
