Amesbury was arraigned in Bergen Town Court by Judge Swapceinski and released on his own recognizance. He will re-appear in court on May 18, 2022, at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bria C. Carson, 30, Chas W. Burgess, 36, and Robert E. Wyche, 49, all of Rochester, NY are each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd after allegedly being found to be in possession of cocaine and fentanyl with intent to sell in Batavia on May 7, 2022 at 3:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Burgess and Wyche were both held on bail and Carson was released on her own recognizance after appearances in Batavia City Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dustin M. Beardsley, 41, of Bethany, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, after an accident on Clipnock road in Bethany on May 4, 2022, at 8:35p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Beardsley was processed at the jail and was released on appearance tickets. He will appear in Bethany Town Court on June 22, 2022, at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheyenne A. Lauer, 26, of Pembroke, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly skipping scanning items and left a store on Veteran’s Memorial Drive without paying for the items. The incident occurred on May 2, 2022, at 7:04p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lauer was release on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on May 23, 2022, at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kayla J. Nicolucci, 30, of Elba, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly taking items from Walmart at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial drive on May 7, 2022, at 4:59p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nicolucci took items from the store and passed all points of sale and did not render payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nicolucci was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released with an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mikhail E. Lundberg, 32, of Blasdell, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant for DWAI\/combined drugs and alcohol out of Pembroke Town Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lundberg was arraigned and released on recognizance after being transported to the jail for prints and photos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lundberg will return to Pembroke Town Court on July 7, 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
