Kennelly, 32, of Batavia, is charged with unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle 3rd degree, DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speed violation\/exceeding 55mph, and moving from a lane unsafely after an investigation into an incident where Kennelly failed to yield for police on Wight road in Alabama on May 6, 2022 at 7:14p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kennelly is scheduled to appear in the Town of Alabama Court on July 5, 2022, at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michael J. Fox, 37, of Oakfield, is charged with forcible touching after an investigation into a domestic incident complaint on May 9, 2022 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fox allegedly inappropriately touched a female victim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was arraigned in Oakfield Town Court and an order of protection was issued. Fox was then released on recognizance. He is due back in court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shannon M. Armstead, 28, of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant for a violation of probation on April 13, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
