Michael D. Wiedrich, 52, of Pavilion, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI and driving to the left of pavement markings, following an investigation during a traffic stop on North street road in LeRoy on May 18, 2022 at 1:45a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wiedrich was released on appearance tickets and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on June 7, 2022, at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

William J. Gould, 39, of Rochester, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly being found to be in possession of two crossbows following a larceny from Dick’s Sporting Goods in the town of Batavia on May 18, 2022, at 5:08p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
NYS Police located Gould on Rt. 490 operating a vehicle that was reported stolen out to the town of Greece, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gould was released with an appearance ticket and then turned over to the Greece Police Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 2, 2022, at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
