Joseph T. Misiak Jr., 62, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with making a terrorist threat after allegedly calling and leaving a threatening voicemail to a supervisor at the Sheriff’s Office on January 16, 2018.<\/p>\n
Misiak Jr. threatened to cause physical harm to the property and to the member of the Sheriff’s Office.<\/p>\n
Misiak Jr. was arraigned in City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.<\/p>\n
A temporary order of protection was issued in court.<\/p>\n

Anna M. Howard, 32, of Ivison Rd., Byron, is charged with driving while impaired by drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and registration display violation after a report of a female driving erratically in the parking lot of the 7-Eleven in Bergen on Buffalo road on January 14, 2018.<\/p>\n
The vehicle was located in the parking lot and Howard was identified as the operator.<\/p>\n
Howard was processed at the jail and issued an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n
She will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on March 7, 2018.<\/p>\n

Jon N. Roblee, 42, of Swan St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation into a complaint of a larceny at Kohls on Veterans Memorial Drive on January 15, 2018.<\/p>\n
Roblee allegedly stole clothing from the store.<\/p>\n
