McCabe, 44, of Scio, NY, is charged with attempted grand larceny 3rd, criminal mischief\/intent to damage property, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd and driver&#8217;s view obstructed, following an investigation into an attempted larceny of a Diamond C Equipment trailer located in the Town of Darien on Rt. 20 on May 21, 2022, at 1:15a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McCabe was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on May 24, 2022, at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anthony W. Travis, 59, of Batavia, is charged with bail jumping 2nd degree after allegedly failing to appear in Genesee County Court after being released on a felony criminal matter and told to return.  Travis was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on June 7, 2022, at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rachael M. Brown, 44, of Bethany, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, and speeding in a 55mph zone, following a traffic stop on Rt. 237 in the Town of Stafford on May 22, 2022, at 2:26a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brown was released on traffic tickets and will appear in Stafford Town Court on June 16, 2022, at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brandon C. Dodd, 35, and Trace G. Brewer, 21, both of Batavia, are each charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing air conditioning units from Walmart on Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive on May 22, 2022, at 3:38p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dodd and Brewer were released with appearance tickets and will appear in Batavia Town Court on June 8, 2022, at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thomas W.
