Criminal Contempt 2nd; Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd; Criminal Mischief 4th<\/strong>, 6:00 PM, Monday, May 16, 2022, S. Main St. \u2013 On 5\/16\/2022, Anthony D. UNDERWOOD<\/em>, M\/22 of Buffalo, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges following an investigation into a domestic disturbance. The charge stems from a case where Searight allegedly abandoned an animal in a cage for an extended period of time. On May 15, 2022, officers were dispatched to a local business for a male who had allegedly stole sausages. Officers did locate Reisman and placed him under arrest. Petit Larceny: Conspiracy to Commit a Crime<\/strong>, 10:52 PM, Thursday, May 5, 2022, W. Main St. \u2013 Brandon C. DODD<\/em>, M\/36 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on May 9, 2022 for Petit Larceny and Conspiracy after an incident at a local business where Dodd allegedly stole several cans of Red Bull. Additionally, Trace G. BREWER<\/em>, M\/21 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on May 12, 2022 for conspiracy in the same incident. Both Dodd and Brewer were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on May 17, 2022 at 1:00 PM. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bench Warrant \u2013 Failure to appear<\/strong>, 1:00 PM, Friday, April 29, 2022, W. Main St. \u2013 On 5\/14\/2022, Crystal A. MOUNTS<\/em>, F\/44 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on 6 bench warrants out of Batavia City Court. The warrants stem from a litany of crimes that Mounts has allegedly committed within the last calendar year. Mounts failed to appear in Batavia City Court on April 29, 2022, when she was scheduled to appear on the six cases. Mounts was processed and arraigned before Judge Rogers in Batavia City Court and released. Mounts is due back in court on May 17, 2022, at 9:00 AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
