Humphrey, 27, of Batavia, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd\/with intent to sell, criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Park road on January 16, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Humphrey was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on January 17, 2018 and is currently being held in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond at the Genesee County Jail.<\/p>\n<p>He will return to court on February 13, 2018 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Preston R. Herbet, 21, of Hamlin Dr., Canandaigua, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely after the investigation of a vehicle off the roadway on Rt. 20 in the Town of Pavilion on January 17, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Herbet was issued an appearance ticket and will return to Pavilion Town Court on March 13, 2018 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pierre M.
