Upon further investigation, it was discovered that that the driver of vehicle, Elier Feria Dominguez, 23, no address provided, was under Impairment.<\/p>\n
After a Drug Recognition Evaluation, it was found that Feria Dominguez was under the
\nimpairment of cannabis. Feria Dominguez was ticketed for no plate lamps and charged
\nwith driving while ability impaired by drugs,\u00a0 aggravated unlicensed operator and\u00a0 unlawful possession of marijuana.<\/p>\n
Feria Dominguez was released on in his own recognition and
