Luis G. Torres, 42, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with attempted assault 2nd, with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, a class E felony, menacing 2nd\/with a weapon, a class A misdemeanor, and criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree\/previous conviction, a class D felony, after an incident on June 1, 2022, in LeRoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Torres was transported to the LeRoy Police Department for processing and arraignment and was later remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $20,000 cash bail, $40,000 secured bond and $80,000 bond. A full stay away order of protection was also issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Torres will appear in LeRoy Town Court on June 7, 2022 at 1:00p.m. to answer the charges.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
