Williams, 22, of Batavia, NY, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree with intent to sell, and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd degree, both class B felonies, after an investigation by the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force into the transportation, sale and possession of crack cocaine in an around the City of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Williams was arrested on a Genesee County Court indictment warrant on June 9, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Williams was arraigned in Genesee County Court and was released on his own recognizance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Genesee County District Attorney&#8217;s Office and the City of Batavia Police Department assisted in the investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andrew J. Draper, 43, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, DWAI\/drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree, unlicensed driver and inadequate headlights, after allegedly operating a motor vehicle on W. Main street in Batavia on December 21, 2021 while allegedly impaired by drugs and with a suspended license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Draper is scheduled to appear in City of Batavia Court on June 29, 2022, at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jacqueline P. Olsen, 60, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more and a speeding violation\/exceeding 55mph, following a traffic stop on Ellicott street road in Bethany on June 1, 2022 at 10:22p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Olson was allegedly operating her vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol. She will appear in the Town of Bethany Court on July 27, 2022 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tarrance Y.
