2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree<\/p>\n<p>Thompson was charged following an investigation from September 2017 into an unlawful personal relationship with an inmate while employed as a civilian employee at Attica Correctional Facility.<\/p>\n<p>Thompson was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Attica Court.<\/p>\n<p>This case was a joint investigation by the New York State Police and
