Criminal Mischief<\/strong>, 6:52 PM, Tuesday, May 31, 2022, Liberty St. \u2013 On 5\/31\/2022, Zachary J. MARROW<\/em>, M\/30 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charge. Marrow allegedly damaged a fence belonging to his neighbor. Marrow was issued an appearance ticket and released. He is due back in Batavia City Court on 6\/21\/2022 at 1:00 PM.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trespassing<\/strong>, 11:25 PM, Tuesday, June 7, 2022, Ellsworth Ave. \u2013 Andre L. ROBERTS<\/em>, M\/29 of Pavilion, NY, was arrested for trespassing on the above date. Roberts is alleged to have trespassed upon private property after being advised that he is not welcome there. Roberts was processed at the Batavia Police Department and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia City Court on 6\/14\/2022 at 1:00 PM. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n

Robbery 1st Degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree; Grand Larceny 4th Degree; Coercion 3rd Degree; Menacing 2nd<\/strong>, 10:22 AM, Wednesday, June 1, 2022, State St. \u2013 On 6\/8\/2022, Jennifer L. SPRAGUE-CLARK<\/em>, F\/39, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges. After a traffic stop Sprague-Clark fled on foot, and shortly thereafter she was taken into custody. Sprague-Clark was arraigned in Batavia City Court in front of Judge Rogers, bail was set at $25,000 (A), $50,000 (B), and $100,000 (C). Sprague-Clark is scheduled to return to Batavia City Court on 6\/14\/2022 at 2:00 PM.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Criminal Contempt 2nd<\/strong>, 9:16 AM, Tuesday, March 29, 2022, W. Main St. \u2013 Laura J. REED<\/em>, F\/30 of LeRoy, NY, was arrested on the above charge. It is alleged that Reed failed to show up to Genesee County Court to appear before Grand Jury after she was duly served a subpoena commanding her to appear on 3\/29\/2022. Reed was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Batavia City Court on 6\/28\/2022 at 1:00 PM.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2nd<\/strong>, 1:50 AM, Wednesday, June 8, 2022, W. Main St. \u2013 Jennifer L. SPRAGUE-CLARK<\/em>, F\/39, of Batavia, NY, was arrested after running away from a traffic stop until she was subdued with a taser deployment. The officer was aware that Sprague-Clark was facing Robbery, Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Grand Larceny, Coercion, Menacing with a Weapon, Burglary and Grand Larceny charges at the time of the traffic stop. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and held in lieu of $100 cash bail. Sprague-Clark will return to Batavia City Court on 6\/14\/2022 at 2:00 PM.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Burglary 2nd; Grand Larceny 4th<\/strong>, 1:00 AM, Saturday, June 4, 2022, State St. \u2013 On June 8th, 2022, Jennifer L. SPRAGUE-CLARK, F\/39, of Batavia, NY, <\/em>was arrested on the above listed charges following a traffic stop where Sprague-Clark fled from the vehicle on foot and was taken into custody shortly thereafter. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court in front of Judge Rogers and was committed to the Genesee County Jail on $25,000 (A), $50,000 (B), and $100,000 (C). Criminal Contempt 1st Degree: Burglary 3rd Degree<\/strong>, 6:33 PM, Friday, June 3, 2022, E. Main St. \u2013 Arthur L. GOLDEN<\/em>, M\/63, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on June 3rd at about 6:28PM after an incident on East Main street, where Golden allegedly made contact with an individual who had an order of protection against him. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded the Genesee County Jail without bail. Golden is scheduled to reappear in Batavia City Court at a later date.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Criminal Mischief 4th Degree<\/strong>, 3:15 AM, Sunday, March 27, 2022, Swan St. \u2013 Michael J. ELMORE<\/em>, M\/31, was arrested on the above listed charge. On 3\/27\/2022, Police were called to a Swan street for residents who had their tires slashed on multiple vehicles. After an investigation, it was found that this was allegedly committed by Elmore. Officers located and arrested Elmore on the charges and issued him an appearance ticket. Elmore is due to appear in Batavia City Court on 6\/21\/2022, at 1:00 PM.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driving While Intoxicated; Aggravated DWI \u2013 BAC >.18%; Speed in Zone; No Headlights<\/strong>, 2:17 AM, Sunday, June 5, 2022, Main St. \u2013 On 6\/5\/2022, Antonio D. CALLEN<\/em>, M\/31 of Selma, AL, was arrested after an investigation into a traffic stop where it was alleged that Callen was intoxicated by alcohol with a BAC of .18% or higher. Callen was processed at the City of Batavia Police Department and issued several traffic tickets. He is scheduled to appear in City Court at a later date.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assault 1st Degree,<\/strong> 3:26 AM, Saturday, March 12, 2022, Oak St. \u2013 On 6\/3\/2022, Ajie JJ. SMITH-EZELL<\/em>, M\/27 of Rochester, NY, was arrested on the above listed charge. Smith-Ezell allegedly assaulted an individual at a local hotel. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and was held on bail. Bail was set at $10,000 (A), $20,000 (B), and $40,000 (E). A temporary order of protection was issued against Smith-Ezell, with the victim as the protected party. He returned to Batavia City Court on 6\/7\/2022 at 3:00 PM.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Petit Larceny<\/strong>, 6:38 PM, Saturday, June 4, 2022, Ellicott St. \u2013 On June 6th, 2022, Anthony L. VANELLI,<\/em> M\/44 of Batavia, NY, was arrested after allegedly stealing multiple packs of pork ribs from a business on June 4th, 2022. Vanelli was issued an appearance ticket and is due to appear in Batavia City Court on June 14th, 2022.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bench Warrant<\/strong>, 2:21 PM, September 16, 2020, W. Main St. \u2013 On 5\/31\/2022, Erica M. RAPHAEL<\/em>, F\/37 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant out of Batavia City Court. Raphael was arraigned in Batavia City Court and was sentenced on the matter concluding all court proceedings.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driving While Intoxicated; Aggravated DWI,<\/strong> 7:35 PM, Tuesday, May 31, 2022, E. Main St. \u2013 On 5\/31\/2022, Michael W. WILLIAMS<\/em>, M\/63 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges. WILLIAMS was allegedly observed by civilians operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Williams was located in a vehicle and was determined to have consumed alcohol prior to operating same. Williams failed field sobriety tests and was arrested. He was processed, issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to Batavia City Court on 6\/15\/2022 at 9:00 AM and released.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bench Warrant<\/strong>, 4:48 PM, November 22, 2021, W. Main St. \u2013 Crystal A. MOUNTS<\/em>, F\/45 of Batavia, NY, was arrested as a result of a traffic stop conducted on Harvester Ave. Mounts was arrested on 6 Bench Warrants out of Batavia City Court. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and held on bail. Mounts is due to appear in Batavia City Court on 7\/7\/2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
