Kyles, 30, of Greece, NY, are each charged with grand larceny 3rd degree\/property value exceeds $3,000, after an investigation into a larceny complaint at a retail store on Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive on June 20, 2022 at 3:28p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speed and Kyles allegedly passed all points of purchase without paying for the merchandise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speed was additionally charged with conspiracy 5th degree and was arrested on an arrest warrant for criminal possession of a stolen property 4th degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kyles was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released on her own recognizance.
