James C. Presley, 35, of Frances St., Rochester, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, no tail lamps and driver’s view obstructed after a traffic stop in Stafford on Clinton street on January 17, 2018.<\/p>\n
Presley was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended on 3 or more dates for failure to appear, pay a fine and answer a summons.<\/p>\n
The vehicle that Presely was operating allegedly had no tail lamps and the driver’s view was obstructed.<\/p>\n
Presley was arraigned in Stafford Town Court and jailed in lieu of $250 cash and $2500 bond bail.<\/p>\n
He will re-appear in court on February 8, 2018 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Cody L. Pahuta, 26, of Meadowbrook Dr., Corfu, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and speeding in excess of 55mph on Genesee street in Pembroke on January 20, 2018<\/p>\n
Pahuta was processed at the jail and issued appearance tickets and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on February 27, 2018.<\/p>\n

Michelle M. Kawa, 55, of Colby Rd., Darien, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to dim headlights after a traffic stop on Colby road in Darien on January 20, 2018.<\/p>\n
