Ahl, 28, of West Seneca, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speed not reasonable and prudent, and moving from a lane unsafely following an investigation of a motor vehicle accident at milepost 3.4 in the westbound lane of Rt. 490 in Bergen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahl was released with appearance tickets returnable to Bergen Town Court on July 13, 2022, at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dennis J. Jenks, 23, of Holley, NY, is charged with obstructing governmental administration 2nd, following a DWI investigation on Byron Holley road in Byron on June 30, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jenks was allegedly physically and verbally impeding the investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jenks was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Byron Town Court on July 11, 2022, at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joseph M. Morelli, 53, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly striking a child in the face on June 26, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Morelli will appear in Oakfield Town Court on July 18, 2022, to answer the charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tonja M.
