HALL<\/em>, M\/38 of Batavia, NY, grabbed onto a Door Dash employee forcing her to touch his intimate parts. The victim is a 63-year-old woman. HALL was arrested and charged with Sex Abuse in the 1st Degree, a Class D-Felony. Hall was arraigned in front of Judge Rogers and released under his own recognizance. He is scheduled to re-appear in Batavia City Court on 7\/13\/2022 at 3:00 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HUME<\/em>, M\/38 of Pavilion, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges. Hume allegedly operated a motor vehicle while intoxicated, in the area of W. Main St.\u00a0 was released on appearance tickets and is due back in court 7\/5\/2022 in Batavia City Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is Williams\u2019 third DWI arrest since 5\/31\/2022. He was issued traffic tickets and released. Williams is scheduled to appear in court on 7\/6\/2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

FERGUSON<\/em>, M\/35, of Batavia, NY, was arrested after being stopped by Police Officer Freeman for traffic offenses. After a roadside investigation, Ferguson was arrested for DWI. Ferguson was brought to the Genesee County Jail to await arraignment and the immediate suspension and subsequent revocation of his licensing or operating privilege. While waiting at GCJ, Judge ROGERS advised Officers to release FERGUSON on an appearance ticket. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
