ELMORE<\/em>, F\/30 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on 7\/2\/2022 for injuring an animal and owning an unlicensed dog. It is alleged that on 6\/21\/2022, Elmore brought her pet French bulldog to a local veterinarian due to the dog having what is believed to be an overdose after it got into some sort of narcotic. It is also alleged that Elmore never licensed her pet dog with the City of Batavia. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Batavia City Court on 7\/26\/2022 at 1:00 PM. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Petit Larceny<\/strong>, 1:04 PM, Tuesday, June 28, 2022, Ellicott St. \u2013 <em>Kelly L. FOSSUM<\/em>, F\/60, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on 6\/28\/2022 for petit larceny. It is alleged that Fossum stole numerous packages of meat from a local grocery store and walked past all points of sale. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Batavia City Court on 7\/12\/2022 at 1:00 PM. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th<\/strong>, 6:28 PM, Friday, June 3, 2022, E. Main St. \u2013 <em>Arthur L. GOLDEN<\/em>, M\/64 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on July 2nd after an incident on June 3rd where he was allegedly found to be in possession of a crack pipe. An analysis of the pipe confirmed the presence of cocaine residue.
