While doing surveillance on Monday January 9, 2017 in the City of Batavia, the Genesee County Drug Task Force conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle where the occupants were seen throwing garbage from the vehicle.<\/p>\n
After further investigation, Isaac C. King, 30, of Hoyt\u00a0 St., Buffalo, who is currently on parole, was found to be in possession of a quantity of suboxone and had a suspended driver’s license.<\/p>\n
Daniel H. Mooney, 30, of Cone St., Batavia, was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and also had a suspended driver’s license.<\/p>\n
Both were observed operating the vehicle while officers were conducting surveillance.<\/p>\n
King is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th, a class D felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, a class A misdemeanor,\u00a0 aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, an unclassified misdemeanor, and littering, a violation.<\/p>\n
King was arraigned in City Court and no bail was set.<\/p>\n
A detainer was lodged by NYS Parole.<\/p>\n
Mooney is charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, an unclassified misdemeanor.<\/p>\n
Mooney was arraigned in City Court and he was jailed on $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n
