Schmiedicker was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on March 20, 2018 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Nicholas C. Doell, 27, of Lippold Rd., Darien, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after being in the presence of a person who had a full stay away order of protection against Doell.<\/p>\n
Doell was arraigned in Pembroke Town Court and held on $1,000 cash bail.<\/p>\n
He will re-appear in in court again on February 1, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Shannon M. Denison, 34, of Colony Run, Attica, NY, is charged with petit larceny following a shoplifting complaint on Veterans Memorial Drive in Batavia on January 19, 2018.<\/p>\n
Denison allegedly took merchandise and passed all points of purchase without paying.<\/p>\n
