Kiener, 30, of Perrysburg, was arrested following a suspicious person complaint on Griffith Road in the Town of Pike on January 22, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Kiener was parked on the roadway and explained to the responding deputies that he was en route to meet someone and ran out of gas at 1:30 a.m. Kiener subsequently failed field sobriety tests and he was arrested for DWAI\/ drugs.<\/p>\n<p>Kiener was taken to the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office where he was evaluated by a Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Drug Recognition Expert. He was determined to be impaired by a combination of drugs. Kiener is charged with DWAI\/drugs and Driving While Ability Impaired by Alcohol and Drugs-Combined.<\/p>\n<p>Kiener was arraigned in the Pike Town Court and held on $500.00 cash bail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Michael R.
