On Thursday, July 14, 2022, Craig Poler, 34, a former resident of Castile, NY, pleaded guilty before Judge Michael M. Mohun in Wyoming County Court to course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree, a class B felony.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poler admitted engaging in multiple acts of sexual conduct with a child under the age of 13 between January 14, 2020 and January 4, 2022.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the plea agreement, Poler faces a sentence of 15 -20 years in New York State Prison and 10 years of post-release supervision. In addition, he will have to register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sentencing is scheduled for September 15, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After pleading guilty, Judge Mohun revoked his previously posted bail of $300,000.00 and ordered him held without bail.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poler was arrested by the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office \u2013 Criminal Investigation Division.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
