Patterson, 35, of LeRoy is charged with petit larceny following a larceny complaint at Walmart at 4133 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive in Batavia on July 17, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Patterson allegedly stole groceries after passing all points of sale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Patterson was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on August 23, 2022 at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Benjamin D.
