Richard H. Wahl Jr., 51, of W. Main St., Corfu, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and no seat belt\/driver after a motor vehicle accident in the Village of Corfu at 27 W. Main street at 8:43p.m on January 21, 2018.<\/p>\n
According to a witness, Wahl struck a parked vehicle and was allegedly found to be driving the vehicle while intoxicated.<\/p>\n
He was arrested and issued traffic summons and will appear in the Village of Corfu Court on February 5, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Kirk A. Breemes, 29, of Main Rd., LeRoy, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd following a domestic incident in LeRoy on January 25, 2018.<\/p>\n
Breemes allegedly shook a woman he was ordered to stay away from in an order of protection, causing the woman to feel afraid.<\/p>\n
Breemes was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and jailed on $2,500 cash bail and $5,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n

Louis Warren, 64, of W. Broad St., Rochester, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st and speeding in a zone, 52\/35, after a traffic stop on Rt. 77 in Corfu on January 19, 2018.<\/p>\n
Warren was found to have 27 suspensions, 23 on 10 dates.<\/p>\n
He was arraigned in Corfu Village Court and ordered to return to court on February 5, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Timothy J. Montesano, 30, of Gilbert St., LeRoy, is charged with DWAI\/drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana, muffler exhaust violation and failure to stop at a stop sign after a traffic stop on Rt. 5 in Batavia on January 25, 2018 for observed vehicle and traffic violations.<\/p>\n
Montesano was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on appearance tickets.<\/p>\n
He will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 13, 2018.<\/p>\n
