Ryan N. Bartholomew, 23, of Adams St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd after allegedly causing $471.57 worth of damage to the isolation cell door at the Genesee County Jail at 14 West Main street on January 11, 2018.<\/p>\n
Bartholomew damaged the door by kicking it in.<\/p>\n
He was arrested on January 27, 2018 and released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on February 8, 2018 at 11:00a.m.<\/p>\n
On January 1, 2018, he was charged with making terroristic threats to police on social media.<\/p>\n
He was arrested Jan. 4, 2018 and arraigned in City Court and was jailed on $20,000 bail.<\/p>\n
The charge is a felony punishable by up to seven years in state prison.<\/p>\n
He also was charged with misdemeanor second-degree aggravated harassment in the January 1st incident.<\/p>\n

Kirk A. Breemes, 29, of Main Rd., LeRoy, is charged with criminal contempt 1st, harassment 2nd and criminal mischief after a domestic incident that occurred at an address in LeRoy on January 26, 2018.<\/p>\n
Breemes allegedly grabbed the arm of another person during an argument, the person had an order of protection against him.<\/p>\n
Breemes also allegedly damaged walls and doors during the altercation.<\/p>\n
He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on February 5, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Xavier M. Hand, 21, of South Ave., Medina, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after he allegedly made a phone call to a protected party in a stay away order of protection issued out of Genesee County Family Court.<\/p>\n
He was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in the Town of Batavia Court on January 26, 2018.<\/p>\n
Hand was also charged with criminal contempt 2nd after he allegedly left a voicemail on a protected party’s phone in Oakfield on January 9, 2018.<\/p>\n
He was released on recognizance and will re-appear in Oakfield Town Court on February 5, 2018 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Matthew J. Bean, 50, of Countryside Lane, Depew, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18%, refusal to take a breath test and driving to the left of pavement markings after a traffic offenses complaint in the City of Batavia on East Main Street on January 25, 2018.<\/p>\n
Bean was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia City Court on February 21, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.<\/p>\n
