Cooper, 39, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument 1st degree, following an investigation by Investigators Kevin Forsyth and Joseph Loftus into a fraudulent $20 bill at a business on Clinton street road in Batavia on December 27, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cooper was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to re-appear in Batavia Town Court on August 2, 2022, at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shannon L. Guiste, 51, of Batavia, NY, is charged with burglary 3rd degree and petit larceny after allegedly skip-scanning items without paying for them at Walmart at 4133 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive on July 21, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guiste was previously charged with trespass at Walmart in 2015 and allegedly entered the store unlawfully and allegedly committed a crime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guiste was arraigned by Judge Young in the Town of Batavia Court and will re-appear in court on August 30, 2022, at 2:30p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>James R.
