Quaintance,\u00a033, of Byron, NY, and charged him with for criminal trespass 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0Degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On July 17, 2022, Troopers investigating a trespass complaint to a residence at an address on Buffalo Street in the town of Bergen, determined\u00a0Quaintance\u00a0allegedly entered the victim\u2019s residence without permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quaintance was placed under arrest, processed at SP Batavia, and then arraigned in Stafford Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quiantance is due to appear in the Bergen Town Court in August.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On July 25, 2022, SP\u00a0Batavia Troopers arrested Joshua D.
