Kevin T. Kaminski, 33, of Alabama, NY, is charged with two counts of sex abuse 1st degree\/contact with a child less than 11 years old, a class D felony, and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, a class A misdemeanor, in a State Police investigation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kaminski was arrested on July 28, 2022 for a reported incident on July 8, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is being held at the Genesee County Jail according to State Police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kent J. Severson, 39, of Perry NY, was arrested after a disturbance\/criminal mischief incident in the Town of Perry on July 28, 2022 at 10:54a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Severson is charged with menacing 2nd degree\/weapon, menacing 3rd degree, criminal trespass 2nd degree, criminal mischief 4th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree\/previous conviction, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree\/alcohol, a class E felony and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs 1st degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Severson was released on recognizance after his arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elias Rivera-Flores, 31, is charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, assault while confined in a correctional facility and possession of contraband in a prison 1st degree, all class D felonies, after a November 17, 2021 incident in the Town Attica, NY. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rivera-Flores was arrested on the charges on July 27, 2022 and held. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
