Allison, 23, of Gaines Waterport Rd., Albion, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd and unlawful possession of marijuana after a report of an unconscious male in a vehicle in the parking lot of the 7 Eleven at 25 S. Main Street in Oakfield on January 31, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Following a welfare check and investigation, Allison was charged.<\/p>\n<p>He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on March 5, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aaron M. Jackson Jr., 27, of Andrews Ave., Binghamton, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and speeding\/over 55mph, after a traffic stop on Broadway road in Bethany on January 29, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Jackson Jr. was allegedly driving on a suspended license and allegedly speeding.<\/p>\n<p>He was arraigned in the Town of Bethany Court and will re-appear on February 20, 2018 at 7:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Christopher L.
