Moynihan, 47, of Alexander, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after violating an order of protection by means of a cellular device by allegedly sending a text messages, a Facebook message and leaving a voicemail to the protected party on July 16, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moynihan was arraigned in Bethany Town Court on August 7, 2022, and was held on bail, $2,500\/$5,000,\/ $10,000.
