Jerome, 41, of Albion, NY, for driving while Intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic infractions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers stopped Jerome on Route 98 in the town of Elba for several traffic infractions. While interviewing Jerome, she exhibited several signs of impairment along with failing field sobriety tests.
