Kopper was arrested at this residence in the Town of Batavia on August 11, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 27, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Robert Drewry, 56, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation into stolen U.S. currency from a motor vehicle on Harloff road in the town of Batavia on June 8, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Drewry was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 20, 2022, at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christine M. Caplis, 42, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree while being arrested on a bench warrant issued out of the Town of Stafford Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Caplis was observed on a bicycle in the City of Batavia and taken into custody on August 13, 2022. At the time of the arrest, Caplis was allegedly in possession of illegal narcotics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and will re-appear in court on August 18, 2022, at 1:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
