VanHouter, 32, of Stafford, NY, was arrested for DWI after being discovered by a deputy sitting at a traffic light at Rt. 19 and Rt. 5. VanHouter allegedly fell asleep at the wheel while waiting for the traffic light to change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After an investigation, it was determined that VanHouter was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is charged with felony DWI\/previous conviction within 10 years and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway. VanHouter was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with appearance tickets. He will appear in the Village of LeRoy Court on September 15, 2022, at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Justin M. Davis, 31, of Rochester, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 1st degree, felony DWI\/previous conviction within 10 years, felony driving with a BAC of .08% or more\/previous conviction within 10 years, use of leased\/rented loaned vehicle without an interlock device and no insufficient tail lamps on Clinton street road in Bergen on August 11, 2022, at 11:45p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Davis was transported to the Genesee County Jail where he was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Bergen Town Court on October 5, 2022, at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On August 15, 2022, at 12:04a.m., Michael T.
